The Tank Brewing Co. Partners with The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks to Support Everglades Conservation through Shark Valley IPA

Miami’s hometown brewery, The Tank Brewing Co., has announced a partnership with The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks, the official philanthropic partner for Florida’s national parks.  As part of this initiative, The Tank Brewing Co. will donate $1 from every case of Shark Valley IPA sold to The Alliance, providing essential funding for education, exploration, and conservation programs in Shark Valley, Everglades National Park. Each can of Shark Valley IPA proudly features The Alliance’s logo, representing a shared dedication to preserving Florida’s extraordinary national parks.

“As the official philanthropic partner of the four national parks in Florida, we are proud to partner with The Tank Brewing Co. to support one of South Florida’s most iconic places, Shark Valley, in Everglades National Park. This collaboration reflects the power of community coming together for conservation, showing how local pride and partnership can make a lasting impact. Every case of Shark Valley IPA sold helps protect the landscapes and wildlife that define our region.” – Lulu Vilas, CEO of The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks

The partnership coincides with The Tank’s bold “Unfilter Miami” brand transformation — a visual and cultural reawakening that strips away the gloss and showcases the city’s authentic, unfiltered energy.

By collaborating with The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks, The Tank Brewing Co. expands its role beyond brewing — investing in the education and preservation of the lands that define South Florida’s natural landscape. This partnership reflects The Tank’s continued devotion to being a supportive ally for local organizations that foster awareness, inspire stewardship, and protect the places that make Florida truly unique.

The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks channels the power of philanthropy to strengthen education, exploration, and conservation across Big Cypress National Preserve and Biscayne, Dry Tortugas, and Everglades National Parks. Through private donor support, The Alliance funds programs that cultivate curiosity through public engagement, empower teachers and students through hands-on learning, and preserve Florida’s ecosystems for future generations.

As part of its broader mission to uplift and engage the South Florida community, The Tank Brewing Co. will also host the 9th Annual “The Tank Beer Run” on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at its Miami brewery. This year, the event once again partners with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, donating 100% of proceeds to support world-class pediatric care for children and families across the region. Participants will enjoy live music, food-by-the-bite, games, dancing, and 18 handcrafted beers on tap—along with race-day perks including a commemorative t-shirt, cigar, finisher medal, and a complimentary beer. Registration is now open, with full event details available on the official sign-up page.

With this collaboration, The Tank Brewing Co. and The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks remain committed to strengthening community connections and celebrating the landscapes that define South Florida — one beer, one experience, and one story at a time.
