Yhapojj shares new single “Problem Solver”

Following the release of December mixtape No Ceilings, Huntsville, Alabama rapper Yhapojj has just shared his new single “Problem Solver”–– out now via Simple Stupid Records. Rooted in a glitchy piano riff, “Problem Solver” is a dreamlike offering elevated by meditative one-liners (“I’m tryna give a million to my baby mama”) and Yhapojj‘s levitational flow. The track marks his second outing of 2025 following a 2024 breakout year that saw him release his critically-acclaimed tape P.S. Fuck You (6.9 from Pitchfork) and garner praise from outlets like Rolling Stone, who heralded him as an artist “at the vanguard of underground rap” in their Future of Music issue.

Since his Apple Music ‘Top Albums’ charting EP Evolution of Xur, Yhapojj has ascended through the ranks of Hip-Hop’s new wave, being named one of OGM’s ‘Artists to Watch in 2024’. That year, he developed his live presence through a run of sold-out shows in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York (where he brought out Trippie Redd and performed alongside artists like Bear1Boss and Marlon DuBois), as well as Restless Fest. In addition to projects Before T.L.Y and the aforementioned No Ceilings, Yhapojjshared a flurry of singles, including a collab with Nino Paid on “Moshpit”, which was praised by both Pitchfork and Stereogum. Now with “Problem Solver”, Yhapojj is continuing to push the boundaries of what Hip-Hop can sound like as he sets his sights on what’s shaping up to be an even bigger 2025.
