3QUENCY RELEASE THEIR FESTIVE RENDITION OF “THIS CHRISTMAS”

3Quency, New Music, Music, Entertainment News, Records, Columbia Records

Rising girl group 3Quency share their take on the holiday classic “This Christmas”. The track highlights the trio’s signature harmonies and warm pop-R&B tone, offering a fresh and modern take to the seasonal favorite.

“‘This Christmas’ has always held a special place in my heart. I can’t think of the holidays without hearing Donny Hathaway’s voice in my mind, or remembering those nights gathered around the table for the Feast of the Seven Fishes with my whole family. Those moments shaped so many of my favorite holiday memories,” Bri says. “As I grew older, discovering new renditions of the song by artists and groups I love only deepened its magic. It’s always inspired me, and this year we thought it would be meaningful and fun to make it our own. I’m truly grateful to share that 3Quency has taken a heartfelt swing at this holiday classic. We hope it brings you as much joy and warmth as it’s brought us.”

Nori says “‘This Christmas’ is such a classic Christmas song. Several boy bands and girl groups have all done different renditions on the song because of how nostalgic it is. We thought it would be cool to put our own spin on it!”

“‘This Christmas’ is a classic and a Christmas gem that will forever bring that holiday joy when played,” Wennely adds. “It was the first song we thought of when making a decision on what Christmas song we wanted to record, and we wanted to not only pay homage to the boy and girl bands who’ve done this song, but we also wanted to add our own 3Q flavor to it to also make it as unforgettable and timeless as they did!”

“This Christmas” arrives as 3Quency closes out a breakout year marked by new music, growing fan engagement, and their first co-headline national tour. Since winning Netflix’s Building the Band, the trio has released multiple singles, collaborated with top producers including Tommy “TBHITS” Brown, and performed across the country on a co-headline run—all contributing to their strong momentum heading into 2026.
