3QUENCY RELEASES NEW SINGLE “ONCE I WAS A GOOD GIRL”
3Quency releases their brand-new single “Once I Was A Good Girl”. Co-written by acclaimed hitmakers Steve Mac and RAYE, the track highlights 3quency’s dynamic vocal performance, signature blend of infectious melodies and bold production. The song arrives with an official video shot by Ava Rikki (Megan Moroney, Coco Jones).
The track arrives in the midst of 3Quency current ‘Bandemonium Tour’ 2025 with fellow Building the Band group Soulidified. The tour brings 3quency’s high-energy performances, soaring vocals, and undeniable chemistry to fans across the country. The tour continues to Chicago, Los Angeles, and more, before wrapping November 28at House of Blues Las Vegas. See below for tour dates.
“Once I Was A Good Girl” follows the release of their debut single “Top Down,” which Billboard called it “a hook-filled debut single that set them up as new-school R&B-pop stars”. Produced by Tommy “TBHITS” Brown [Ariana Grande, BLACKPINK, The Weeknd] & Leather Jackett and co-written with Serrin Joy Scrutchings, Alivia Blue as well as the members of 3Quency, the track helped establish the trio’s signature sound. Brianna, Nori, and Wennely began to cultivate their bond as winners on Netflix’s Building The Band. They recognized one another as kindred spirits, locked in, and ended up placing first on the show.
