The Lincoln Hall concert on August 31st was a showcase of emerging talent, featuring performances by Savanna Leigh, Patrick Martin, and headliner Jonah Marais. Each artist brought their unique style and energy to the stage, creating a memorable evening for the audience.

Savanna Leigh kicked off the night with a set of some original songs. Her soulful vocals and catchy melodies captivated the crowd, and her stage presence was undeniably magnetic. The singer/songwriter performed songs “Reminders of you”, “Mason st.” “Favorite parts of me” and even a song cover of “End of Beginning” by Joe Keery just for the Chicago audience!

Patrick Martin followed with a blend of indie rock and pop influences. His performance, familiarity with Chicago and engaging lyrics resonated with the audience, and his guitar skills were impressive. Started off his performance with songs “Lean in”, “Takes place in Chicago” and performed an unreleased song “Strawberry Sundae”. Ended the intimate performance with the song “Flowers turn to you”.

Jonah Marais headlined the show with a stripped-down acoustic set that showcased his incredible vocal talent. His heartfelt songs and intimate connection with the audience created a special atmosphere. Opened the show with a mix of original songs and covers like “Twisted Lullaby”, “War Paint”, a cover of “Fast Car” by Tracy Chapman. Each song performed with passion and emotion. His voice was rich and powerful, filling the venue with a sense of warmth and intimacy.
