adidas and Arte Antwerp Drop New Collection: An Ode to the Culture Of Football

adidas and Belgian elevated streetwear label Arte Antwerp unveil the first drop from their FW26 collaborative collection, continuing their journey to re-envision contemporary sportswear through the lens of street culture.
Arriving during a summer defined by the biggest stage in football, the new capsule explores the sport as a broader cultural force, focusing on the people and energy surrounding the game, from the stadium to the street this summer.
Fronted by adidas athletes Brahim Díaz and Trent Alexander-Arnold, who represent the pinnacle of on-pitch performance and style, the collection brings together the adidas and Arte Antwerp community of creatives who embody the culture surrounding the game. The curated cast includes London-based DJ Conducta, Seoul-based rapper Mason, Belgian artist Bahati, Tokyo producer Jumadiba, Spanish producer SHB, and pro skater Jarrad. This diverse collective of talent illustrates how football’s community permeates music, art and street style, creating a shared identity that transcends cultural borders.
The collection blends adidas’ Sportswear silhouettes with Arte Antwerp’s design craft, elevating familiar 90s football culture through rich textile traditions of Europe. Deeply influenced by creative director Bertony Da Silva’s personal connection to Portugal and Belgium, the design process draws on Portuguese artisanal weaving and embroidery alongside Belgium’s famous lace heritage. Oversized silhouettes and relaxed proportions are infused with a new level of craftsmanship and refinement. Hero apparel includes the ADIDAS Z.N.E. Tracktop and Trackpant and engineered jerseys, featuring intricate perforations and Belgian lace re-imagined for modern sportswear.

Complementing the apparel is the adidas x arte F50 Motion footwear in crinkle nylon, born from speed, shaped by culture, re-built for the street. Arriving in black and white colorways, the silhouette takes the unmistakable design language of the fastest football boot and recontextualizes it for lifestyle.
This first drop marks the beginning of adidas x Arte Antwerp for FW26. The season continues with two exclusive F50 Motion models launching on CONFIRMED, followed by a second drop later in the year.
Speaking about the adidas x Arte Antwerp FW26 apparel collection, Bertony Da Silva, Arte Antwerp Founder & Creative Director, said: “Football has always been more than a sport, it shapes how people dress, connect and express themselves. This season we wanted to celebrate that using color, craft and silhouette, particularly through the ADIDAS Z.N.E. tracksuit. Working alongside our community of athletes and creatives, the campaign reflects what this collection is about: the culture that surrounds the game and the people who carry it forward.”
