ANITTA KICKS OFF CARNAVAL EARLY AND CELEBRATES BRAZILIAN CULTURE IN HER NEW EP ‘ENSAIOS DA ANITTA’
FEATURING PABLLO VITTAR, MARINA SENA, NATTAN, VIVIANE BATIDÃO AND FELIPE AMORIM, THE PROJECT BRINGS SIX BRAND-NEW TRACKS

Carnival season is already underway for Anitta! The highly anticipated EP ‘Ensaios da Anitta’ (“Anitta’s Rehearsals”) delivers six unreleased tracks that set the tone for the festivities and celebrate the musical diversity of Brazil’s biggest cultural event. Rio’s superstar is not alone in this project: a star-studded lineup joins her, including Pabllo Vittar, Marina Sena, Felipe Amorim, Viviane Batidão, Nattan and more.
All songs are featured on the already available album under the same name. About the EP Anitta says, “The idea is that, year after year, we keep adding to this project, turning it into a mega Carnival album, you know?.”
She goes on to celebrate the wide range of rhythms and musical influences that shape the EP: “My Carnival is made of so many different rhythms and influences, you know that. These new songs embrace all that richness. The beats go from funk to tecnomelody, from piseiro to electronic music. It’s the pure essence of the most Brazilian party in the world.”
A collaboration with Ceará-born Felipe Amorim and producer HITMAKER, the dance-driven “Gostosin” kicks things off by offering a glimpse of the project’s multicultural spirit. The track blends elements of northeastern Brazilian rhythms like forró and piseiro with funk, here infused with flavors of the so-called “rave funk,” a style typical of Brazil’s southern and southeastern regions.
Felipe Amorim, who scored the 2025 hit “Eu Vou na Sua Casa,” celebrates the partnership: “I’ve known Anitta for a while, I’ve been to a few of her Ensaios, and it was about time we had a song together, right? Everyone always asked for it, and the moment finally came. I have high hopes for ‘Gostosin,’ it has a vibe that gets everybody moving, and Hitmaker absolutely nailed it.”
“Cheio de Vontade,” a duet with Priscila Senna, is another standout musical encounter in the EP. The production starts off minimalist, a sensual funk, but after the chorus it dives into the brega pop sound that characterizes the Pernambuco-born singer. “Tô na maldade/Com o corpo cheio de vontade/De você, amor” (“I’m feeling wicked/ My body is full of desire/ For you, my love”), they sing.
Female collaboration shines again in “Só Pra Tu,” the long-awaited partnership between Anitta and Pará’s Viviane Batidão, known as the Queen of Tecnomelody. Premiered live onstage at the Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia in November, the track is a perfect summer anthem: danceable and humor-filled.
“Recording a song with Anitta was a dream come true. ‘Só Pra Tu’ brings together tecnomelody and pop exactly the way I imagined. The track is co-produced by maestro and friend Rodrigo Camarão, who brought the sonic identity we wanted for this collaboration. Debuting it at the first Global Citizen Festival in Latin America, right where this rhythm was born, was historic,” recalls the artist from Santa Izabel do Pará, on the outskirts of Belém, in northern Brazil.
Another track already teased to fans is “Sede de Você,” a duet with Ceará-born Nattan. Anitta met up with the singer last Sunday (30 November) in Las Vegas, where they performed the song live during the recording of his upcoming audiovisual project. The romantic, sensual forró pop track quickly stirred excitement online, leaving fans eager for the studio version.
Pocah and Lexa, frequent collaborators of Anitta, also appear on the tracklist. “Brincadeira Gostosa” carries the heat of a Rio de Janeiro funk dance party, with lyrics full of bold flirtation: “Tu e meu copão no baile, é disputa acirrada/ De quem me deixa mais louca, de quem deixa mais safada (“You and my large glass at the party, it’s a tight competition/ To see who gets me crazier, who turns me naughtier”)”.
“Fala Quem É” brings together another powerhouse trio: Pabllo Vittar and Marina Sena join the girl from Rio on this empowering pop-funk anthem, made for the dancefloor.
“This EP is made of incredible collaborations. ‘Fala Quem É’ is one of my favorite examples because it brings together such strong artists, giving each one the space to express themselves in a different way. It’s basically a pop megazord (laughs). And there’s also the big funk track I recorded with Pocah and Lexa, my friends. It’s the kind of song we’d dance to together during a fun moment, a party… I love it!,” the superstar celebrates.
SUMMER’S COMING
New EP ‘Ensaios da Anitta’ sets the stage for the singer’s highly awaited pre-Carnival season, as she tours Brazil in 2026 with the live concert of the same name. There will be ten performances between January and February, visiting capitals such as Belém, Fortaleza, Recife, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and São Paulo. The cities of Campinas and Ribeirão Preto, in the state of São Paulo, are also included.
For 2026, the Rio-born star chose “Cosmos” as her Carnival theme, celebrating astrology and the mystical universe. Throughout the tour, she plans to showcase iconic costumes inspired by different zodiac elements.
Ensaios da Anitta has become one of the most anticipated tours in the Brazilian cultural calendar, annually fueling pre-Carnival festivities across multiple regions. In 2025 alone, more than 250,000 tickets were sold.
The shows pave the way for Anitta’s Carnival street blocos, which draw massive crowds every year in Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. New for 2026 is the addition of São Luís do Maranhão to her trio elétrico route.
