AVIDIOUS LA-based Modern Melodic Deathcore Duo Drops First Single “Out Of Time”

Comprised of multi-instrumentalist Hank Lin (guitar, bass and drums) and vocalist Isaac Jones, Avidious blends intense heavy riffs, aggressive drums, and catchy melodies together, offering a unique heavy sound for listeners to enjoy. Avidious have teamed up with renowned producer Adair Daufembach (Megadeth, Angra, Kiko Loureiro) for their debut single “Out Of Time”.

Hank Lin explains “‘Out Of Time’ came together in 2024 as one of the first ideas for an album. The chorus melody was the starting point and set the tone for everything else. I wanted it to feel both aggressive and melancholic, like a mix of frustration and acceptance.” 

Avidious’ debut track “Out Of Time” encapsulates a no regrets attitude. Isaac Jones adds “We all make mistakes, and it’s easy to get stuck wondering ‘what if?’ We wish we could turn back time, fix things, or make different choices. But the more we try to relive the past, the harder it becomes to notice what’s right in front of us. ‘Out Of Time’ is about breaking that loop – learning to let go of regret and focus on what we can still change, instead of what we can’t. The song actually started with the working title ‘Last Regret’, which captures that same feeling of wanting to move on but being held back by what’s already done,”
