B0YG1RL RELEASES NEW VIDEO FOR “SHOW ME”
South Florida electronic band B0YG1RL have released a new video for “SHOW ME” from their debut B0YG1RL – out now via Surf Gang Records. The video for “SHOW ME” (produced by amne and elies g), was directed by Angela Rio and features a live performance of the track at III Points at the duo’s hometown of Miami last weekend. With cameos by the Cobrasnake, MGNA Crrta and Bassvictim, it’s an uncut and one-take, emotionally cathartic performance in the middle of the rain. The video is a cinematic capturing of a festival highlight, and the release comes after the collective was also profiled by the Miami New Times, as well as playing New York cultural institution MOMA PS1 yesterday alongside Isabella Lovestory and ali rq.
The video comes after sharing visuals for both “power off” and “Reality”, and follows the release of B0YG1RL, which has been lauded by Pitchfork, The FADER, Resident Advisor, and more. Alongside the album, they have released a full-length album movie shot in a deserted Club Space, the same club where they hosted their album release party last week. This release follows back-to-back singles “MOND LAN FINI” and “SHOW ME” and comes before an appearance at and always forever Festival before returning to perform in the city for Art Basel show alongside Yung Lean, Kaytranada, Arca, and Shygirl on December 4th.
