Ben Stiller-led movie Nutcrackers is now available on Hulu and Disney+

Ben Stiller stars in Nutcrackers, streaming now on Hulu and #HuluOnDisneyPlus.

Ben Stiller’s comedy-drama Nutcrackers is directed by David Gordon Green. Produced by Rob Paris and Mike Witherill, with Nate Meyer of Rough House Pictures.

Stiller plays Michael, a tightly wound, career-driven man who unexpectedly becomes the guardian of his rambunctious orphaned nephews on their family farm.

The story follows Michael, a successful Chicago real estate developer who’s never had time for family. His sister once told him he was incapable of love. But when she and her husband are in a devastating accident, their farm, house, and four boys are left in Michael’s care. He heads to the small Ohio town, expecting to sign some papers and return to the city, but things quickly spiral out of control.

With their parents gone, the boys are wild. Until social services can find them a new home, their only guardian is Uncle Mike. Soon, Michael finds himself chasing chickens and giving impromptu “health” lessons. Desperate to escape his newfound fatherhood, he’s shocked and intrigued to discover that his sister had trained the boys in ballet. Could this be the key to making them “cute enough” for fostering?

Also starring Linda Cardellini, Edi Patterson, Tim Heidecker, Toby Huss, and newcomers Homer, Ulysses, Atlas, and Arlo Janson as the nephews.

Filmed in Ohio in late 2023, Nutcrackers was fully financed by Rivulet Entertainment.
