Bryson Tiller drops Solace and celebrates 10 years of T R A P S O U L

GRAMMY-nominated multi-platinum selling artist Bryson Tiller has released Solace, part two of double album Solace & The Vices, via Trapsoul/RCA Records. Tiller taps an all-star team of producers including Teddy Walton, Aaron Bow, Evergreen, J-Louis, Gravez, Charlie Heat, Kyrou, Boi-1da, and others to shape the project’s cohesive and refined sound.

Completing the story that began with The Vices, Solace shifts the tone into deeper, more soulful territory. Where The Vices delivered raw energy and lyrical bravado, Solace leans into the smooth, R&B-driven sound that has defined Tiller’s career.

This project showcases both his vocal range and emotional depth as an artist, reflecting his evolution over the past decade while proving that he’s remained true to what he does best. It’s a body of work that not only highlights how far he’s come but also reaffirms the core of his artistry.

Central to the project’s essence is the focus track, “I Need Her,” a song that embodies the identity of Solace and captures the soulful, nostalgic, and deeply romantic energy that runs throughout the album. Layered with smooth harmonies and a 90s-inspired groove, the track explores Tiller’s approach to love — reflecting on building a future, settling down, and doing it all with intention. The release arrives ahead of a milestone moment for Tiller, who today also celebrates ten years since his groundbreaking debut T R A P S O U L. The 2015 project reshaped the R&B landscape and catapulted him into superstardom, laying the foundation for the artist that he has become.

From his landmark debut T R A P S O U L, “Don’t” is now 15x Platinum, “Exchange” reaches 13x Platinum, “Right My Wrongs” rises to 6x Platinum, and “Sorrows” earns its first Platinum certification. Beyond T R A P S O U L, more fan favorites continue to climb, including “Whatever She Wants” (3x Platinum), “Next To You” (Platinum), “Inhale” (Platinum), “Always Forever” (Gold), “Canceled” (Platinum), and “Self-Made” (Platinum).
