ERIC NAM NEW ALBUM ‘CONFESSIONS OF A LONELY HEART’ OUT NOW
Korean-American singer, songwriter, actor, entrepreneur and global entertainer Eric Nam releases his highly anticipated studio album, Confessions of a Lonely Heart.
Written and produced by Eric, Confessions of a Lonely Heart explores his perception of loneliness, modern romance and his belief in love, even when it hasn’t arrived yet. Anchored by vivid storytelling, soaring melodies, and an emotionally expansive tracklist, the album combines the intimacy of singer-songwriter lyricism with the cinematic ambition of modern pop.
Alongside the announcement, Eric has released the music video for “Psycho”. In the Psycho music video, Eric performs in iconic psychotic scenes from across cinema – The Shining, Taxi Driver, American Psycho, No Country For Old Men, Willy Wonka, Die Hard, Scarface, Reservoir Dogs, The Usual Suspects with each scene is a love letter/homage to the originals but with an Eric remix. How far will he go for love?
Following a milestone period of global touring and over 1 billion cumulative streams to date, Eric has embarked on a new era and continues to showcase his most personal body of work. He recently performed a series of intimate live shows both in New York and Los Angeles this September. He then took to the Grammy Museum for their Spotlight series for an evening discussing his new album, Confessions of a Lonely Heart, tour, and more, along with a special performance in the Museum’s intimate 200-seat Clive Davis Theater.
Eric introduced the album in March with lead single “How the Fire Started”, followed by “Miss Me More” in June and “Someday” in August. The singles marked his first new music since 2023’s House on a Hill, which he supported with a world tour spanning more than 70 dates across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The tour culminated in a special Los Angeles encore performance where he premiered the House on a Hill short film. The album followed 2022’s There and Back Again, which debuted at No. 3 on the U.S. Spotify Albums Chart and No. 7 on the U.K. Spotify Albums Chart, while reaching No. 22 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart. The project featured fan-favorite singles “Lost On Me,” “Any Other Way” and “I Don’t Know You Anymore.”
