FAOUZIA UNVEILS NEW SINGLE “PEACE & VIOLENCE” ALONGSIDE OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO

Moroccan-born classically trained singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Faouzia, releases her latest single, “PEACE & VIOLENCE”. The cinematic music video inspired by the world of 1950s/60s film is directed by Bobby Hanaford, shot completely on 35mm film and stars Faouzia and her beloved cat, Loubna.

The visual brings the lyrics to life as you follow Faouzia in her personal world of Bonnie and Clyde. The track, written by Faouzia, highlights her storytelling and vulnerability. Reflecting on the single, Faouzia states that, “’PEACE & VIOLENCE’ is cheeky, fiery, and full of bravado. This song speaks about devotion and loyalty so powerful you’d fight battles, start wars, and even burn down the entire world just to see someone shine in the embers. Flipping back and forth between a war cry and a joyride, the song is sure to take you on the emotional rollercoaster of your life.”

Faouzia teased the event on her socials, promising “a night full of music, conversation, and my biggest announcement yet.”

“PEACE & VIOLENCE” follows the release of “UNETHICAL,” which has already garnered nearly 10M global streams and video plays combined, and also landed Faouzia on the cover of Spotify’s Pop All Day playlist.
