Fredo Bang has officially released his latest single, “D!e Slow”, along with an accompanying music video via EMPIRE. The new single highlights the Baton Rouge native’s storytelling abilities, as his melodic delivery and self-aware lyrics pierce through the track’s soulful church organ and emotional piano chords. The accompanying music video captures the hustle anthem’s motivational tone, as Fredo is shown alone in a room, reflecting on his journey. Scenes of him rapping in a dimly lit garage are woven between moments of celebration, as he’s shown in the club surrounded by friends. Masterfully flowing through the song’s rattling 808s and sporadic hi-hats, his high-octane verses show why he’s garnered respect from some of the biggest names in the industry.
“D!e Slow” comes on the heels of Fredo’s recent success with his 8 Legged Gorilla joint project with TEC, which received praise from legendary rapper 50 Cent and averaged 4.4M+ streams weekly.
