JACK HARRIS RELEASES DEBUT EP ‘WHAT OVERTHINKING SOUNDS LIKE’
Rising alt-pop artist Jack Harris has released his debut EP What Overthinking Sounds Like via Columbia Records.
Known for crafting three-dimensional alternative pop, Harris weaves detailed yet relatable stories through melodies charged with raw emotion. The six-track project was produced by Dallas Caton (Em Beihold, Bazzi, UPSAHL) and translates the turbulence of mental health, anxiety, and everyday life into sound—creating space for listeners to feel seen and less alone.
“My debut EP What Overthinking Sounds Like is me facing depression, anxiety, and relationships head-on,” shares jack. “Each song captures a piece of that struggle—running from depression, comforting my younger self, admitting when I’ve sabotaged love, and letting go when a relationship has to burn.”
A singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, Harris constructs every layer of his vision himself, from writing and performing to producing and editing his own visuals. With What Overthinking Sounds Like, he delivers an immersive, deeply personal debut that invites listeners to reflect, connect, and explore what makes us human.
