JULIÓN ÁLVAREZ Y SU NORTEÑO BANDA RELEASES ‘DE HOY EN ADELANTE, QUE TE VAYA BIEN’

This has been a crucial year in the career of Julión Álvarez y su Norteño Banda. 2022 has become a milestone in the singer’s career, and there is no better way to sell it with a flourish than with an album, which is the first to be fully uploaded to digital platforms after a long wait of just over 5 years.

Julión is celebrating the release of ‘De hoy en adelante, que te vaya bien’, an album that consists of 12 songs; of which 11 are unreleased and a cover that has worked quite well for him in live concerts… “Fuentes de Ortiz.”

Among the unreleased songs is “Que te vaya bien,” a song that has already been embraced by the public and is a success that is chanted by thousands of people in every venue where he performs.  

This new album is varied and will surely please each and every one of the fans, even the most demanding, as it has rancheros, ballads, and it even explores two different rhythms; a mixture of Reggae in the song “No se ocupa más” and a song that has tinges of eighties rock with modern nuances, very well adapted with the Norteño Banda which is called “Ay Dolor”… something never seen before in the musical career of the artist from Chiapas.

The focus track of the album is “Maldita Faja,” a cumbia that mixes the accordion of the norteño and the Sinaloa band, a label that has accompanied Julión throughout his career. Without a doubt, the public will embrace this theme as a classic to dance to.
