MAUDE LATOUR SHARES LOVE LETTER TO HER FANS “MISS AMERICA”

Rising to the forefront of pop on her own terms, artist-to-watch Maude Latour unveils a powerful new single “Miss America” out now via Warner Records.  The new track was written on the road as a dedication to queer love, with emotive strings underscoring Maude’s heartfelt message.

“‘Miss America’ is a love letter to the queer people I’ve met in every state I’ve been to across the USA while on tour,” Maude shares. “It is an honor to witness our power when I play shows and this incredible safe space comes alive— we are everywhere, we are everything. You are everything.”

The new track follows her unanimously acclaimed 2024 debut album, Sugar Water, which garnered widespread praise from the likes of PAPER, Stereogum, ELLE, V Magazine, and many more. Rolling Stone praised her, “lyrical specificity of Taylor Swift and Lorde-reminiscent vocals, with a hint of untouchable optimism” while Billboard attested, “”It’s easy to picture rising alt-pop star Maude Latour enjoying the kind of breakthrough hit that Tate McRae recently enjoyed with ‘Greedy.'”

In support of the album, Maude just wrapped her 18-date North American headline tour, as well as support dates with Fletcher across the US last fall. Next up, she will take the stage at All Things Go NYC  on Friday, September 26 in New York, NY at Forest Hills Stadium and All Things Go D.C. in Columbia, MD at Merriweather Post Pavilion on Sunday, September 28. Tickets are available now at www.maudelatour.com.
