Mergui Releases New Track “Risk It All”
Rising pop artist Mergui released his upbeat new single “Risk It All” with a corresponding visualizer, out now via Saban Music Partners. Co-written by Marc Lo (Miley Cyrus) and Prince Fox (Cheat Codes) “Risk It All” is an energetic summer jam about diving head-first into love, no matter the cost. The track originally appeared on NFL’s GameDay Morning Show during the 2024-2025 NFL season. Mergui describes the single as “a reflection of all the times I’ve chosen love, art, and growth over comfort”.
In addition to his new single, Mergui announced a special tour presented by Sofar Sounds. With direct support from Just Seconds Apart, the tour will be making stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York– see full list of tour dates below. Sofar Sounds has built a global reputation for putting on exclusive musical events in unique spaces, making them a perfect partner for Mergui, who is known for his intimate and emotional performances. The single and tour announcement comes on the heels of Mergui’s latest single “Purple Rose”, a sultry track about unrequited love that was included in the cult video game The Sims, where the track was sung in the game’s made-up language “Simlish”. “Purple Rose” follows the release of Mergui’s “Say Something” cover– which has amassed over 5 million streams on Amazon Music alone– along with his Nobody Really Knows EP, released in January. The EP includes previously released singles “On My Mind” which amassed over 2 million streams across streaming platforms and sparked a rework by renowned record producer and DJ Sam Feldt (Click HERE), and “10,000 Faces.” The project also features new tracks “Nobody Knows” and “Criminal,” which was written by the legendary Diane Warren.
Mergui previously opened for acclaimed artist Forest Blakk on “The Love & Lost Tour” in the Fall of 2024, hitting major cities across North America including Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Nashville, New York, and more. Mergui’s performances earned rave reviews, with GoPride saying “Mergui has a memorable voice that listeners will never forget”. He has also previously opened for both Bruno Mars and Maroon 5 to a captivated audience of 65,000.
