PRETTY SICK SHARES NEW VIDEO FOR “ANARCHY”
NYC bassist, vocalist and indie darling Pretty Sick (AKA Sabrina Fuentes) has shared the video for “Anarchy,” the title track from her sophomore project Anarchy, out now via Dirty Hit. Filmed in Slovenia and directed by Rodrigo Inada, the video follows Fuentes through an alien abduction carried out by kids with weapons and creepy masks. She and producer Oscar Scheller (Lily Allen, PinkPantheress) wrote the song before anything else on the project, setting a slowed, syrupy beat under a vocal that answers the warning “they tell me it would be anarchy” with the private calm of “I got angels in my mind.” Fuentes takes Anarchy on the road on November 1st in Washington, D.C., with the rest of the country to follow.
The video extends a rollout Fuentes opened in 2025 with “Star.” She announced the project in June with “home2hide,” co-produced by Scheller and Frost Children, then shared “UrNewImTrue” on July 8th, “Hyper Independence” and the title track, and landed an HBO placement with “Human Condition” in the second episode of Lanterns. Scheller cut most of the record with her in Los Angeles, her longest run with one producer since Paul Kolderie (Pixies, Radiohead) made 2022’s Makes Me Sick Makes Me Smile. Clash gave Anarchy an 8/10 on September 10th, a day before Dirty Hit released it. Her 22-date US headlining run starts November 1st at The Atlantis in Washington, D.C., and closes December 2nd at Motorco Music Hall in Durham, NC.
