In speaking about the track: “‘MAKE IT ALRIGHT’ is about helping your partner open up to you in your relationship. In my most recent relationship, my significant other had a lot of trouble opening up about more sensitive topics and it clearly bothered them. Being a “safe space” for someone else can really draw the two of you closer together. During that relationship, I would do check-ins to make sure things were going okay, and it really helped my partner put down their walls. In a healthy relationship, your partner should feel comfortable telling you anything and this is what the song is about”
