Sex Pistols feat Frank Carter announce new UK dates
Marking 50 years of punk, Sex Pistols feat. Frank Carter today announce more UK dates on their Anarchy In The U.K. tour.
Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock of Sex Pistols will hit the road with Frank Carter this winter, with six new UK shows announced.
The Anarchy In The U.K. Tour in December will now include Leeds (02 Academy, Dec 4), Newcastle (NX, Dec 5), Liverpool (Olympia, Dec 12), Birmingham (O2 Academy, Dec 14), Portsmouth (Guildhall, Dec 15) and Bristol (Prospect Building, Dec 16).
The 50th anniversary of ‘Anarchy In The UK’ falls on November 26th. In 1977 the song dropped like a cultural bomb, tapping in to the discontent of a Britain in the economic doldrums, igniting a generation and changing music forever

Previously announced shows take place in Dublin (3 Arena, Dec 7), Edinburgh (Corn Exchange, Dec 9), Glasgow (O2 Academy, Dec 10), London (Brixton Academy, Dec 18) and London (Eventim Apollo, Dec 20).
Guitarist Steve Jones said: “We’re having a blast – we’re like a well-oiled machine right now – and it’s been incredible to get out there with these songs we wrote 50 years ago. We love it. Frank’s a great frontman and really gets the crowd going. Every person in the audience loves these songs as much as we do and it’s an absolute pleasure to get out there and play them.”
