SKILLIBENG RETURNS WITH NEW SINGLE & VIDEO “DADA”
Rising global Jamaican rap/dancehall trap artist Skillibeng returns with a new single and video for “DADA”. The single is off his forthcoming EP, International, set to be released this month via EastSyde Records/RCA Records.
This release follows Skilli hopping on MOLIY’s “Shake It To The Max (Fly) (Remix)” as a feature alongside Silent Addy and Shenseea in February of this year. The remix recently went #1 on Billboard’s Rhythmic Airplay chart and is currently #1 on Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats Songs, which has been in the top spot for 22 weeks and counting.
Skillibeng’s forthcoming EP release that was announced today follows his 2022 EP Mr. Universe which included his hit single “Whap Whap” featuring F.S. Skilli has also performed at various festivals and arenas such as Something In The Water, Afropunk and his first London show at the O2 Forum, which sold out within minutes and had the crowd singing along to every word. In 2023, Skillibeng joined Drake and 21 Savage’s It’s All a Blur Tour as a guest opener and has been steadily dropping singles or hopping on songs as a feature leading up to his new EP release. Artists he’s collaborated with include Tyla, Kali Uchis, Nao, DJ Khaled and more.
With millions of streams and views on YouTube, in addition to numerous co-signed for A-list artists, Skillibeng is ready to push dancehall into the mainstream music space and give the genre the shine it deserves.
