STOIC SHARES NEW VIDEO SINGLE “UP & AWAY!” (FEAT. KAICREWSADE & MICK JENKINS)

Serving as his first release of 2026, Staten Island-born, GRAMMY Award-winning producer Stoic has shared a new single, “UP & AWAY!” (feat. Kaicrewsade & Mick Jenkins) – out now. Arriving alongside an accompanying animated visualizer, “UP & AWAY” features Chicago legend Mick Jenkins and Chicago up-and-coming standout Kaicrewsade, with each bringing flair from their respective era of Chicago Hip-Hop–– reinforcing the idea of Stoic as a true cultural dot-connector. Over a laid-back saxophone-laden beat that takes inspiration from different eras of Jazz influence, the two trade bars about their life in and around Chicago with Stoic‘s production serving as the cinematic background. The accompanying animated visualizer arrives from Amouri Edwards, expanding on the visual world of Stoic and his ever-expanding production chops, in the lead-up to his yet-to-be-announced forthcoming project.

Over the better part of 10 years, Stoic quietly helped to shape the landscape of Hip-Hop in his internet era, producing and publishing over 1,000 beats while releasing a slew of collaborative projects starting in 2023 – including DUMMY with Reyan, PIRANHA with CJ Fly, and COCOTASO with LIFEOFTHOM.
