TRUENO ANNOUNCED AS FEATURED COLLABORATOR ON GORILLAZ’ UPCOMING ALBUM ‘THE MOUNTAIN’
Global rap phenom and Latin GRAMMY winner, Trueno, continues seeing his rise with the announcement that he will be featured on Gorillaz’ upcoming studio album ‘The Mountain,’ set for release on March 20, 2026. Trueno will be on the song “The Manifesto,” which will also feature the late Proof – Eminem’s frequent collaborator and friend. The collaboration places Trueno alongside a historic lineup of global icons including Bizarrap, Black Thought, Anoushka Shankar, Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), and many more, reaffirming his status as one of the most influential new voices in international hip-hop.
In addition to his feature on the album, Trueno has been announced as support on The Mountain Tour, which will see Gorillaz headline arenas across the UK and Ireland in Spring 2026. He will also share the stage for the band’s massive show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on June 20, 2026.
The news arrives as Trueno prepares for a landmark moment in his career: his sold-out Red Bull Symphonic concert in Buenos Aires on September 26, where he will become the first Latin artist to produce his own symphonic after Metro Boomin and Rick Ross had their own shows. The one-night-only event at Teatro Coliseo promises to be a groundbreaking crossover in Argentina’s urban music scene.
