WINNIE HARLOW DEBUTS NEW SMOOTHIE WITH EREWHON “ISLAND GLOW”

Supermodel and beauty entrepreneur Winnie Harlow is announced as the next celeb to debut an original smoothie recipe with Erewhon. For a limited time, the “Island Glow” smoothie is now available at all Erewhon locations. 

The “Island Glow” smoothie is a refreshing blend of tropical flavors packed with nutrients that fuel your day and your skin. As a business owner of her own suncare brand Cay Skin, Winnie aimed to fuse ingredients like sea moss into the smoothie, which can also be found in her Cay Skin products. She nods to her Jamaican roots with the tropical flavors of mango, pineapple and coconut, making the smoothie radiate with vibrant colors. 

The smoothie exclusively features ingredients including Vita Coco Coconut Milk, Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides, Barcode Hydration Lemon Lime, Lime Juice, Erewhon Sea Moss , Mango, Pineapple, Steen’s Raw Manuka Honey, Camu Camu, Pitaya Foods Organic Dragon Fruit Smoothie Pack, Coconut Cream, and KOS Organic Luminous Blue Spirulina Powder. 

On the smoothie, Winnie shares: “Creating a smoothie with Erewhon was a dream. Being able to combine tropical flavors that remind me of Jamaica and natural ingredients like sea moss that can also be found in my suncare brand Cay Skin, resulted in the perfect recipe combining all things I love.”

Winnie Harlow’s “Island Glow” Smoothie will be available at all Erewhon markets starting today, March 19th through April 18th. Erewhon Members were able to purchase the drink via the Erewhon app starting yesterday in a special preview. Proceeds from the smoothie will go to two charities that are important to Winnie, A Place Called Home in Los Angeles and Women’s Centre of Jamaica. 

Last November, Winnie returned to her family hometown of Savanna La Mar in Jamaica to spend a day at the Women’s Centre of Jamaica, donating clothing from her Puma partnership and spending time with the adolescent mothers and their children at the center. By partnering with Erewhon on this smoothie, she is continuing to give back to the organization serving underprivileged adolescent mothers to further their education.

Harlow is having an incredible start to 2024, most recently walking for Paris Fashion Week in the Vetements and Marine Serre runway shows. She also currently graces the cover of Vogue Arabia for this month, with a theme of global beauty and representation. She continues to develop new products under her brand Cay Skin, most recently launching an additional shade of lip balm “Nude Ting” in January and new Mo’Bay Mineral Sunscreen Drops earlier this month. Winnie follows the likes of Hailey Bieber, Miranda Kerr, Sofia Richie Grainge, Gisele Bündchen, and Olivia Rodrigo who have also partnered with Erewhon on an original smoothie recipe.  

Winnie will be in-store for a meet and greet in support of her “Island Glow” smoothie on Saturday, March 23rd from 2-4PM PT at the Erewhon Market in Culver City.
