YOUNG GLOBAL STAR TRUENO ENLISTS YOUNG MIKO ON NEW SINGLE “EN LA CITY”

Fresh off his sold-out European leg of his acclaimed “El Ultimo Baile World Tour 2025”, young global star, Trueno, enlists Puerto Rican sensation Young Miko on the new single titled, “EN LA CITY” (In the City). This second offering from Trueno’s forthcoming release is the first collaboration between the two contemporaries in which they cite, “Trueno & Young Miko, together we’re a storm coming.” 

The Tatool produced track opens with organ based emotive chords which then transition into a strong bassline layered over hip-hop flavored drums coupled with pop elements to give a cross-pollinated sound where both artists do what they do best and let their pens shine. Coming off the heels of his first single of the year, “CRUZ” with Colombian powerhouse, Feid, Trueno opts to take his sound and Buenos Aires to the Caribbean in the Puerto Rican shot music video by director El Dorado, a frequent visual collaborator for Trueno. 

The last two years have seen Trueno’s ascent as a global star in which he has cemented himself as at the ripe age of just 23. This rise has been evident as his 2024 release, ‘El Ultimo Baile,’ had runaway single “Real Gangsta Love” catapult to #10 on Spotify’s Global Top 50 chart and winning the “Best Urban Fusion/Performance” Latin GRAMMY for “Tranky Funky” from the same LP. Trueno has also step foot on international stages with the critically acclaimed and appropriately titled, “EL ÚLTIMO BAILE WORLD TOUR,” with sold out shows in Copenhagen, Berlin, Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Barcelona and Madrid while also making a debut into the U.S. with a standout performance at Outside Lands last summer in San Francisco. He then sold out shows in major hip-hop hubs, including Los Angeles, New York and Miami. The tour extended to Spain, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Costa Rica, further solidifying his global presence.
