Fana Hues Releases ‘Flora + Fana: Deluxe’ & Shares Performance Video

Fana Hues releases the deluxe version of her project flora + fanavia Bright Antenna Records. flora + fana: deluxe features three new tracks, “float,” which arrives with a live performance video, “yours” and the Stevie Wonder cover of “never dreamed you’d leave in summer.” Fana shares about the deluxe project, “I focused on building a lush sonic world with beds of harmonies and layered production on flora + fana; I wanted to dial it down and return to sweet simplicity for the deluxe.”

flora + fana was released earlier this year and features the stand out tracks “BAD bad,” “wild horses,” “breakfast,” which arrived with a COLORS performance, and “pieces“. The project depicts a musically exquisite and conceptually cohesive sonic ecosystem with NPR describing as, “a highlight among current R&B newcomers”and Vice Noisey adding, “she infuses a sense of allure and enchantment into every track.”

flora + fana follows Fana’s feature on Tyler, The Creator’s song “SWEET / I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE “from his Grammy nominated album CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST in addition to reimagining her song “Desert Flower” with Mereba. Fana Hues has also recently toured across the US with Raveena and Giveon playing shows at Irving Plaza and Radio City Music Hall in addition to her recent headline performance at The Echo in LA earlier this week.
