FearDorian shares new single & video “Pray 4 The People”

Following the release of his critically-acclaimed collab album A Dog’s Chance with Polo Perks and AyooLii, 18-year-old artist and producer FearDorian has just shared his new single “Pray 4 The People” — out now along with an accompanying music video. Clocking in at just under a minute and a half in runtime, “Pray 4 The People” is a high-octane, Jersey Club-infused sprint fueled by FearDorian‘s mad dash flow and a dance-heavy visual shot in Paris, France. 

“Pray 4 The People” arrives on the heels of what has been a breakout year for FearDorian, who released his self-titled debut solo album in March, and has provided beats to a wide array of artists throughout the year –including Yhapojj, Babyxsosa, RiTchie and Myaap. FearDorian was hailed by the likes of Pitchfork, The FADER, and Passion of the Weiss and saw FearDorian follow that effort up with the aforementioned A Dog’s Chance, which was widely praised upon its release this summer. Continuing to develop his solo sound as an artist and producer, FearDorian‘s new single “Pray 4 The People” follows the recently-released “In Turn For”, effectively closing out a breakthrough year for the multi-hyphenate artist.

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, FearDorian is known for his high-energy live performances and a refreshingly unorthodox style influenced by the sounds he grew up on –– from the guitar-driven angst of Midwest emo to the melodic, synth-dipped soundscapes of SoundCloud rap. He first broke out onto the scene in 2022, turning heads for collab projects Which end? with trope, EVEN IF with bronclair, and K.A.S.OB. with heartstopmiami. A sought-after producer as well as an artist himself, FearDorian has also recently netted production credits for the likes of Yhapojj (“hope ulike me”), Cochise (“Elbow Room”), Kenny Mason (“HOODRAT”), and collaborated with quinn on singles “rat race” and “gatecode”. Recent months have also seen him release the RiTchie collab EP Quiet Warp Xpress, which featured an appearance from Niontay on “How?!”.
