Hyundai Gears Up for IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Season Finale at Road Atlanta

Hyundai Motor America is gearing up for the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) season finale at Georgia’s iconic Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. Following a determined showing at the Battle on the Bricks in Indianapolis, Hyundai aims to finish the year on a high note while underscoring the company’s dominance in the Manufacturers’ Championship standings.
At Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Hyundai showcased its trademark tenacity throughout a challenging race. The No. 98 Hyundai Elantra N TCR of Mason Filippi and Harry Gottsacker led Hyundai’s charge, fighting for the podium until the final lap, securing a hard-fought fourth-place finish. The weekend carried additional meaning off the track, too, as Hyundai Hope on Wheels presented $100,000 to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and contributed an additional $19,600 through its laps-led donation program – furthering its mission to end pediatric cancer.
The 2025 IMPC season concludes at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, one of North America’s most demanding and celebrated circuits. This 2.54-mile, 12-turn course features high-speed esses, technical braking zones, and dramatic elevation changes that test the precision and endurance of both car and driver. Hyundai’s lineup of Elantra N TCR cars will look to cap off another successful season that has featured multiple victories, podiums, and consistent championship contention. The Elantra N TCR has proven its mettle across a variety of circuits this year, combining speed, reliability, and balance — qualities that make it a favorite on Road Atlanta’s fast and flowing layout.
As Hyundai eyes the close of another remarkable campaign, the automaker’s focus remains on both championship results and the brand’s broader mission: advancing performance, innovation, and community impact through racing.
