Jeff Goldblum and The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra achieve their highest ever chart position as they reach No.10 of the Official UK Album Chart with their new record, ‘Still Blooming’, released last week on Decca.

Jeff Goldblum says“What an incredible honour to be part of Top 10 on the Official UK Charts. I’m tremendously humbled and grateful to everyone who listened to our new album. I’m also very thankful to Ariana, Cynthia, Scarlett, Maiya, and my tremendous band the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra. I’m gushing with love, joy, and gratitude.”

The jazz pianist and his band also achieve their 4thconsecutive No.1 in the Official UK Jazz & Blues Albums Chart, following the previous chart-topping albums ‘The Capitol Studios Sessions’ (2018), ‘I Shouldn’t Be Telling You This’ (2019) and ‘Plays Well With Others’ (2023).

Co-President of Decca Records, Tom Lewis, comments, “Jeff is like the arrival of blossom on the trees or the first day of summer sunshine. You can’t help smiling.  Every room he enters lights up. His charisma is magical. It looks effortless but the truth is that his work ethic is extraordinary. We are so thrilled that and his band have made such an impact on the charts. And, we are so grateful to have Jeff in our lives. It’s a privilege.”

‘Still Blooming’ is a tasteful curation of beloved jazz standards from the Golden Era of Broadway and the Great American Songbook, featuring Goldblum’s ‘Wicked’ co-stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo alongside tracks with Maiya Sykes and Scarlett Johansson. Throughout, Jeff acts as host and pianist for these veterans of stage and screen, with collaborations that underscore the deep link between jazz and pop culture. The success of his new album shows the actor not only continuing to explore his passion for the music he has been performing for decades, but that he is bringing more and more people along for the ride.

This chart triumph follows a momentous, live show at The London Palladium last week, which was met with a packed auditorium of smiling faces. This was not the first live UK musical performance from Goldblum this year, having played a poignant piano solo during the ‘In Memoriam’ segment of the televised 2025 BAFTA Film Awards, which took place at the Royal Festival Hall in London in February.

Goldblum has also been making waves throughout the fashion industry, not only for his red carpet looks but for his recently launched first line of stylish band apparel. On Monday of this week Jeff appeared at his very own boutique, pop-up store in King’s Cross where he met hundreds of fans and spread a little more joy with music and fun.
