JESSE JO STARK SHARES NEW SINGLE “I’M YOURS”
Los Angeles based singer/songwriter Jesse Jo Stark is back (on her favourite holiday of the year, no less) with the release of her latest single, “i’m yours”, revealing a raw side to her signature rock persona. Stark explores new territory with the track, both emotionally and sonically, while staying true to her signature kitsch macabre style inspired by her love of Elvira, The Cramps, and late ‘80s horror movies. Set against the pastel, sun-soaked backdrop of Los Angeles, the piece manifests the duality of Jesse Jo, as she embodies both a femme-fatale and a hopeless romantic. The video also features the return of the iconic Skeleton Man from her hit single “Fire of Love.”
“i’m yours” comes off the heels of the release of her fan-favorite track, “billie don’t be so mad,” whose accompanying video boasts over a million views. Jesse Jo kicked off 2024 by opening for Post Malone in Las Vegas wearing a late 70s vintage Bob Mackie piece lent from the archive worn and owned by Cher herself. In April, she joined The Veronicas on their US tour, building on the momentum of her sold-out international tour for her debut album, DOOMED. As a Creative Director for Chrome Hearts, Jesse Jo has spearheaded designs for everyone from Dua Lipa (from her tribute look for Cher at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony to her Glastonbury headlining set) to Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Rihanna, Orville Peck, Offset, Post Malone, Yungblud, Madison Beer, and Kim Kardashian.
