The evening started off with a long line down south street with anticipating fans for the sold out Larry June Market Run Tour stop. The rain stopped around the time doors opened around 7pm which was perfect timing for a great night! As fans made their way into the TLA (Theatre of Living Arts) the merch booth was most people’s first stop with hoodies and t-shirts and posters for sale before visiting the bar for drinks as the crowd began to brew up.

Opening act was Monroe Flow who had great energy and was very interactive with the crowd as he performed a few of his singles prepping the crowd for Larry June. The lighting wasn’t the best when Monroe flow was on the stage but he still did his thing regardless he even jumped into the crowd during one of his tracks and had everyone dancing.

In between time waiting for Larry his DJ Dvme kept the vibes going and the crowd lit until the energy was high enough for Larry to come out.

Once Larry June stepped out the crowd erupted as did the lights on the stage hitting Larry and his oranges places around his stage design. Larry went into Performing core singles such as “Smoothies in 1991” “Watering my plants” “30 days” and so forth, which was satisfying for true Larry June fans. I noticed Larry had on some OG Jordan 4s which is not surprising as his whole aesthetic is 90s themed.

Mid show Larry bought out The Alchemist and the crowd went nuts! Alan did a few of his top tracks before leaving the stage.

Later as the show went on Larry acted as if the show was over leaving the stage for a few minutes while the crowd cheered “Larry Larry Larry” he stepped back out and performed “Green Juice In Dallas” which is one of my favorite songs actually while the whole TLA was singing word for word Larry also busted a few dance moves as the crowd chanted “Go Larry” it was a great show you definitely had to be there!
