Lo-Fi Rapper, Singer And Producer Powfu Shares New Song “life in a locker” With Jomie & Feat. Skinny Atlas

Quickly following his debut album release in December, lo-fi melodic rapper and singer Powfu has released a new track – “life in a locker” with Jomie and featuring Skinny Atlas. Kicking off with a muffled guitar and layering in his signature lo-fi beats, the song was co-written, co-produced, recorded and mixed by Powfu, and takes on the perspective of a lonely student and sad soul dealing with bullying in school. This track is part of a forthcoming EP titled tell me your feelings and I won’t tell you mine pt. 2, which is set for release next month. Check out the official visualizer, directed by Aze Avora, here.

Powfu ended 2022 on a high note with the release of his debut album surrounded by hounds and serpents with the focus track “shade of blue”. The 9-track collection has accumulated over 16Million worldwide streams and video views to date.

Powfu made his touring debut last year hitting several markets in North America, and he will bring these new songs and all the fan favorites on the road this year when he embarks on his first European tour this fall. Also in the works is another North American tour (13 US dates + 3 Canadian dates), which will make stops in major markets such as Chicago, NY, Toronto, and LA in Spring of 2024!
