Lost Society end their first European headline tour, the “If the Sky Came Down“-Tour, on a high note in Berlin at Privatclub setting the already heated up room on fire.

They were joined by British rock quartet HIMALAYAS. Although they may weren’t the best fit genre-wise, they still offered a good performance and put most of the crowd in the mood of the evening. They also had their own hardcore fans in the audience. With a setlist that not only featured songs from their recent album From Hell to Here, but also a cover of “Gansta’s Paradise“ at the end.

But everything else was almost forgotten as Lost Society entered the stage and swept away their fans with the first song. They started off energetic and strong with “112“, taken from their latest album If the Sky Came Down, also setting the mood of the show to another level. They managed to keep the pace through the whole set, only interrupted by the few slower songs and talking breaks. The setlist was of course highlighting the songs of their latest and same titled album If the Sky Came Down, showing off their stylistic reorientation of the last album, as well as a few of their older trashier songs and fan-favorites like “Riot“ and “Kill (Those Who Oppose Me)“. The performance of the band was really energetic and rousing and animated everyone to join in and go wild.

The first rows were of course filled with younger fans, who also prepared signs to some songs and stuck to everything that front man Samy Elbanna said on stage. Who also stressed several times how grateful they were for this headline tour, after the band has played mostly at festivals and as support for numerous bands over the years. The audience gave their all during the songs and started even multiple mosh pits in the relatively small venue. Overall the fans seemed pleased and were left wanting more.
