GRAMMY-Award winning singer/songwriter and R&B visionary, Miguel, returns with his highly anticipated single “Always Time” via ByStorm Entertainment/RCA Records. Miguel first teased “Always Time” last week on his social media to an overwhelming response from fans.
Written and produced by Miguel and co-produced by Jeff Bhasker and Dave Sitek “Always Time” showcases the power and vulnerability of Miguel’s voice in an intimate portrait of heartbreak and introspection. “This may be the most difficult song I’ve ever had to write – for all of the life lessons and experiences that live between each line,” says Miguel. “I’m grateful for the closure it has given me and know it’s the most honest way to begin this chapter of my artistry and relationship with my audience.”
“Always Time” is the first taste of a new era from the artist. This release follows the resurgence of his massive hit single “Sure Thing,” which eclipsed its original #1 spot on R&B radio – taking #1 on Billboard’s Pop Chart. To date, Miguel has released four critically acclaimed studio albums– All I Want Is You, Kaleidoscope Dream, Wildheart and War & Leisure which have earned him several #1’s and garnered a total of 13 GRAMMY nominations.
