MONALEO RELEASES NEW PROJECT THROWING BOWS
Rapper Monaleo debuts her highly anticipated project Throwing Bows out now via Stomp Down. The 10-track project brings fans back to the roots of Monaleo’s signature rap style, packed with bar-for-bar witty lyricism with a bold infusion of feminism and confidence. She is also back with a new single, “EE-er” ft. Sauce Walka out now with an accompanying video to follow soon.
Throwing Bows solidifies Monaleo’s place as one of the fiercest voices in hip-hop today. It boasts collaborations with the likes of Stunna 4 Vegas, Kaliii, Sauce Walka, Baby Kia, and TEXAS BOYZ and comes off the viral success of her 2024 anthem “Don Who Leo”.
From feminist anthems to hard-hitting verses, Monaleo’s rap skills highlight her undeniable ability to captivate and empower through her playful and powerful music. The new project’s raw and unapologetic tracks continues to delve fans deeper into Monaleo’s gritty style and echoes the intensity of flawlessly winning 12 rounds in a boxing match. Since the 2023 release of her critically acclaimed debut project, Where The Flowers Don’t Die, Monaleo has been making waves with a slew of viral singles leading up to Throwin Bows. Her most recent release of the original “Don Who Leo” debuted at #18 on Billboard’s TikTok Top 50 Chart while the “Don Who Leo” music video captivated audiences amassing over 3 million views on YouTube to date. The single quickly went viral and became a favorite soundtrack across social media posts from the likes of Yung Miami, Saucy Santana, Dreezy, NLE Choppa, and Olympic Gold Medalist Simone Biles. She soon released remixes of the original featuring the likes of Skilla Baby, Anycia, and Rob49 with more remixes to come. She made her debut on the XXL Cypher Lab in November 2023 with Latto, Flo Milli, Maiya The Don, and Mello Buckzz and most recently made a stop on Power 106’s L.A.
