REEBOK UNVEILS QUESTION 96/26, PRINTED WITH ZELLERFELD
The design DNA of Allen Iverson’s original Question is reimagined as a new icon

Reebok unveiled the Question 96/26, a new silhouette that transforms Allen Iverson’s Reebok Question, his first signature shoe, into a product built for the future. Instantly recognizable yet unmistakably new, Question 96/26 reinterprets the stance, proportions and defining design lines of the original advanced 3D printing with Zellerfeld, creating a fluid, sculptural and digitally native expression. The Question 96/26 is the first installment as Reebok kicks off celebrations for Question 30th. The iconic Question reaches a historic milestone, one that continues to move culture today, fans can expect additional Question colorway drops, activations, and marketing in the season ahead.
First introduced in 1996, the Reebok Question arrived alongside one of the most influential players in basketball history. Iverson’s speed, fearlessness and individuality reshaped the game, while his influence across fashion, music and culture redefined what the modern athlete could represent. The Question became one of basketball’s most iconic signature silhouettes and an enduring design language that remains recognizable nearly three decades later.
“When we first created the Question, we wanted to change the game, not follow it,” said Allen Iverson. “Thirty years later, it’s incredible to see that same innovation mindset that made the original special continue through Question 96/26. It honors the legacy of the original while proving that great design can keep evolving, and I’m proud to be part of that next chapter.”
The Reebok Question 96/26, reimagines the essence of the original with a bold stance, sweeping lines, signature oval midsole windows and the recognizable honeycomb structure, all translated into an entirely new silhouette. Available in Lilac and Stone colorways, the design carries the identity of the original forward while establishing a new icon of its own.

Through Zellerfeld and its 3D printing marketplace, Reebok has brought the Question into a new digital ecosystem of footwear creation. Much like a music file, the Question 96/26 now exists as a digital design file that can be made available on demand any time. It can be revisited, evolved and reimagined over time, giving one of Reebok’s most important silhouettes a future that is no longer limited by the traditional archive.
This represents a broader shift in how footwear history can move forward. Iconic silhouettes no longer need to return only as replicas, colour updates or material variations. Their design DNA can be digitised, preserved and used to create entirely new icons shaped by emerging technology. The archive becomes active, the product remains available to evolve, and the story never truly ends.
The Reebok Question 96/26 launched in limited quantities on August 25, 2026, at 12PM EST, available exclusively through Zellerfeld.com for $169.00 MSRP.
