SEBASTIÁN YATRA AND JAY KABALAN RELEASE THE OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR “CUCARACHEO”
RETURNS TO MEXICO AND LATAM WITH HIS ‘ENTRE TANTA GENTE TOUR’
Award-winning Colombian singer-songwriter Sebastián Yatra releases the official video for his latest single, “CUCARACHEO” alongside one of his closest friends, Jay Kabalan.
“CUCARACHEO” was born out of friendship, humor, and complicity in the face of heartbreak. With a contagious and relatable vibe, the song captures a moment in life when the most important thing is to share, laugh, and simply go with the flow. In the official video, Yatra immerses viewers in a world where the energy of “CUCARACHEO” spreads from person to person, showing different characters experiencing the streets, dancing, and connecting at their own rhythm. “CUCARACHEO” has no age or limits, it’s simply a way of living with joy. The concept originated as slang among friends, a lighthearted and authentic way to describe those nights when, even with a broken heart, the only thing left to do is go out, laugh at life, and move forward.

More than just a word, the song proposes an attitude of approaching love with humor, celebrating real connections, and embracing the energy of the present without expectations. With lyrics that portray failed romantic attempts, impulsive confessions, and shared moments among friends, “CUCARACHEO” feels like an improvised guide to getting through heartbreak with good vibes.
At the same time, Yatra is preparing to kickoff his highly-anticipated Latin American “Entre Tanta Gente Tour”, kicking off April 11th in Uruguay and continuing through countries including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico, among others. This run marks his return to stages of the region in an era where connecting with his audience and the live experience take on a new meaning.
