The mighty Violent Femmes are returning to the road next month, and one of the highlights of the upcoming run is their mammoth five-night stand at City Winery in New York City. Now, with the dates looming, the legendary group has confirmed new support for their New York City dates. October 9 and 10 will see direct support from Amy Ray (Indigo Girls) and Jeff Fielder, and October 11, 13 and 14 will feature Alsarah and the Nubatones.
