Hot on the heels of his critically acclaimed 3rd LP All American F⭐️ckBoy (released April 2nd) and a sold-out show at Echoplex, genre-defying artist Duckwrth unveils the official music video for album track “LA Traffic,” directed by Griffin Olis.

The “LA Traffic” visual is the latest chapter in Duckwrth‘s desert-fueled visual saga, following the official music videos for album tracks “Escapist” and “Toxic Romantic”, deepening the cinematic narrative of the LP. “Escapist” introduced Duckwrth‘s battle with his dark alter ego, Vice, set against the backdrop of a desert plane crash. “Toxic Romantic” then escalated the conflict, depicting Duckwrth’s internal struggle as he faces temptation in a high-speed drive. In “LA Traffic”, the car breaks down, with Vice reflecting on his actions while stranded on the side of a desert road. The series paints a raw picture of Duckwrth’s battle with ego, regret, and toxic patterns while unfolding an unflinching journey through his struggle for self-realization.

“I’m always aware when I’ve messed up, but my impulsive decisions and inability to truly listen only make things worse,” says Duckwrth on the inspiration behind the record. “‘LA Traffic’ represents the moment in the album’s narrative where the cycle of miscommunication, frustration, and assumptions I can’t seem to break come to a head.”

With over 800M+ streams to his name, Duckwrth has built a loyal global following that spans music, fashion, film, and television. He’s made recent appearances on Apple Music’s The Estelle Show, The Travis Mills Show and New Rory & MAL, while earning accolades from major outlets across the world including BET, Rolling Stone, Notion (cover), Bello (cover), LA Weekly (cover), Wonderland (cover), tmrw (cover), CLASH, Galore, Esquire, The Needle Drop, A Book Of, PLAYBOY, The Quietus, Hypebeast and more.

An international touring sensation, Duckwrth has been on hiatus from touring since 2022. He is now making a highly anticipated comeback with his first headline tour in over two years, with details to be announced soon.
