JESSIE MURPH RETURNS WITH HONEST NEW SINGLE “GUCCI MANE” OUT NOW
20-year-old vocal powerhouse Jessie Murph returns with a brand new single “Gucci Mane” out now via Columbia Records. It marks her first release of 2025, and it kicks off what promises to be her rawest and realest era yet.
The track notably interpolates the Gucci Mane classic “Lemonade.” Over the instantly recognizable beat, Jessie opens up like never before, striking a chord and cutting deep. Her storytelling takes center stage as she confronts the past head-on, reflects on her life thus far, and wrestles with complicated emotions aloud. She confesses, “I’m from Alabama, I’m bout 4”11, I got a shitty father and I’d like to go to heaven…” During the climactic chorus, she flaunts her seismic range with a heart-wrenching hook as she repeats, “I don’t want to talk about it. I wanna write my way around it. No I don’t wanna talk about it.”
Donning a classic beehive hairdo, she channels sixties pop femme fatales in the shadowy and seductive visualizer as she sings from a rotating bed covered in cash. The clip seamlessly evokes the mood of the song.
Next up, Jessie makes her Coachella debut, with a performance both weekends on Sunday April 13 and April 20. She’s also set for Bonnaroo and Tailgates N Tallboys, with a worldwide headline tour planned later this year.

It’s just the beginning though. Expect a whole lot more to come from Jessie very soon as she celebrates her nomination for New Female Country Artist at the 2025 years Academy of Country Music Awards.
Last September, she unveiled her debut album, That Ain’t No Man That’s the Devil. Standout album tracks include “Someone in This Room” with Bailey Zimmerman, “Dirty” with multi-platinum chart-topping vocal powerhouse Teddy Swims, and “High Road” with multi-platinum country outlaw Koe Wetzel which marked their highest debut yet on the Billboard Hot 100 at #29 and #1 on the Billboard Country Radio Chart. The album also includes her blockbuster platinum anthem “Wild Ones” with Jelly Roll, which scored Jessie two nominations at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards including Best Pop Collaboration for “Wild Ones” and Best PUSH Artist.
