JLR North America appoints Jessica Kelleher as Vice President, Customer Care, North America
Industry leader and former JLRNA Vice President, Network Development, to oversee Customer Care operations

JLR has appointed Jessica Kelleher as Vice President, Customer Care, North America, a key role in the North America and Global Customer Care leadership teams. Jessica was previously the Vice President, Network Development at JLR North America, where she was responsible for the strategic design and performance of the U.S. retail network, helping to drive the JLR Reimagine journey in North America.
In her new role, Jessica will play a key part in the customer care strategy development globally, as well as its development and execution within North America. She will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver the North American client experience, parts revenue and profit, reporting directly to Joe Eberhardt, JLR North America President and Chief Executive Officer and Andrea Furuichi Maia, Global Customer Care Director.
Jessica is a strategic leader with a genuine passion for driving a client centric culture and performance within our company and our retail network. Her experience in driving high performance among our retailer network will be critical in our ongoing mission to put our clients at the center of everything we do and give them personalized luxury ownership experiences. We welcome her leadership behind the Customer Care operation, as JLR reimagines the future of modern luxury experiences of our brands and discerning clients.

Before joining JLR North America, Jessica served as the Network Development Manager at BMW of North America and held the same role for the Northeast region at Audi. Prior to that, Jessica held various roles at Mazda in sales planning, distribution, business development, and sales operation.
I am excited to step into the role of Vice President, Customer Care, North America and continue to work with our global colleagues and retailers across North America to best serve our clients. JLR is dedicated to delivering a truly modern experience for every customer and I look forward to working with the entire team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
