20-year-old Kansas City, Missouri rapper and underground siren k3 has shared her debut mixtape MeloManiac –– out now via G7 Projects. The mixtape arrives with an accompanying music video for “Alice at Magic” where is k3 rapping in the woods with a backdrop of strippers and ATM machines as her fiery charisma takes complete command. Following her explosive single “walk em down” with DMV rap titan BenjiBlueBills, k3‘s MeloManiac marks her first full-length project –– the eight-track mixtape features transitions from legendary producer Pi’erre Bourne and showcases the unfiltered energy and unhinged delivery that’s made her one of the most exciting new names out of Kansas City, Missouri. The mixtape’s lead single “Alice at Magic“, as well as tracks “Nicky” and “Goku“, all pay homage to k3‘s anime-fueled inspiration.
