On November 8th 2024, LATTO’s Sugar Honey Iced Tea Tour turned a cold November evening at History, Toronto into an unforgettable arena of high-energy, southern charisma, and an evening full of surprises. With a star studded visit from Drake, and an added mini set from upcoming Toronto artist Sadboi – From start to finish, LATTO and her stellar openers put on a performance that kept fans dancing, singing, and captivated by the artistry on display.

The evening began with Karrahbooo, who brought a fierce and infectious energy to the stage. With a mix of her viral hits and new tracks, she quickly got the crowd moving and set the tone for the night with her bold style and commanding presence. Her performance was the perfect warm-up, giving Toronto fans a taste of what’s next in hip-hop.

Mariah the Scientist followed, bringing a dreamy, soulful energy that captivated the crowd in a different way. Her emotionally charged R&B sound and smooth vocals created an intimate atmosphere, pulling the audience in and giving everyone a chance to connect on a deeper level. With her raw emotion and smooth stage presence, Mariah offered a memorable interlude that stood in beautiful contrast to the more intense vibes of the night.

The energy surged when LATTO hit the stage. With a commanding presence and an instantly captivating energy, she was a force to be reckoned with from the very first moment. Starting strong the evening got even more exciting for Toronto fans as Drake joined Latto from the mezzanine for a performance of their hit “Housekeeping Knows”, a track that had dropped earlier this year on his album 100 Gigs. Drake had nothing but praise for Latto as he praised her talent and asked the crowd to show her love!

Her stage visuals, choreography, and overall production matched her charisma perfectly, creating an immersive experience for everyone in the room. LATTO’s genuine interactions with the crowd—thanking her Toronto fans and hyping up the audience between songs—made for a truly engaging experience.

As LATTO moved through her set, her confidence and authenticity radiated, showing off both her versatility as an artist and her undeniable stage presence. She seamlessly balanced high-energy anthems with more introspective moments, giving the night a dynamic rhythm that kept fans hooked from one song to the next. Her performance was a celebration of empowerment, independence, and pure artistry, resonating deeply with the audience. Later in the show she welcomed back Mariah the Scientist to the stage to perform “Look What You Did” which was a moment which really resonated with the fans, many were originally disappointed that Mariah had called off the rest of the tour due to Young Thug’s release.

By the time the night wrapped up, fans were left in awe, buzzing with excitement. LATTO’s Sugar Honey Iced Tea Tour stop in Toronto wasn’t just a concert—it was a full, immersive experience. With stellar opening performances, captivating stagecraft, and a connection with her fans that felt authentic and personal, LATTO left Toronto with a buzz!
