MORAT adds another major accolade with Best Pop/Rock song win at Premios Juventud 2026

On the heels of the momentum surrounding the kickoff of their global tour, Latin GRAMMY®-winning band Morat dazzled at Premios Juventud 2026, taking home the award for Best Pop/Rock Song of the Year for their track “Sin Ti” with Jay Wheeler. The recognition adds another accolade to the group’s growing list of career milestones as they continue to expand their reach across audiences around the world.
The band also took the stage for a special performance, bringing their signature pop-rock sound to the Premios Juventud stage with “Tu Cárcel,” the first single from their upcoming album “Ya Es Mañana Parte 2,” alongside the fan-favorite track “Besos en Guerra.” The performance highlighted the group’s ability to connect with audiences through their signature blend of heartfelt lyrics, infectious melodies and dynamic live energy.
The moment comes during a standout year for Morat, who earlier this year made their Coachella debut and released “Lo Poco Que Yo Quiero,” their collaboration with Colombian vallenato star Silvestre Dangond. In August, the band kicked off their most ambitious world tour to date, the “Ya Es Mañana World Tour,” with six sold-out shows in their native Bogotá, marking the beginning of a massive international run.
The “Ya Es Mañana World Tour” has surpassed 600,000 tickets sold worldwide, including more than 100,000 tickets sold in Mexico alone, with multiple dates already sold out across Chile, Argentina, Spain, and Mexico. The band will continue taking the tour to some of the most emblematic venues across Latin America and Spain’s international markets before bringing the tour to the United States and Canada in 2027, further solidifying Morat’s position as one of the most important groups in Spanish-language music globally.
