On the one-year anniversary of Stick Season’s original release, Noah Kahan’s critically acclaimed breakout album climbed back up to the Top 10 on Billboard’s 200 Chart, landing at #9 this week. Not to mention, this week, the beloved title track jumped to the Top 15 on Spotify’s US Top 200 Chart and #74 on the Billboard Hot 100, just in time for “stick season” to begin, and fan favorite “She Calls Me Back” made its debut on the Billboard Hot 100 at #76.
Today, he dropped a live performance of “Dial Drunk” from his sold-out show at Red Rocks Amphitheater earlier this summer—watch HERE.
On Sunday night, Noah Kahan wrapped the widely successful, year-long North American run of his sold-out “Stick Season Tour” at Dallas’ American Airlines Center. The night before, he performed at weekend two of Austin City Limits Music Festival to another massive crowd, surprising fans with a special performance of “Call Your Mom” with Mumford & Sons.
Up next, Noah Kahan will take the sold-out “Stick Season Tour” tour to Europe and the UK next month as well as Australia in January, ahead of his highly anticipated 2024 “We’ll All Be Here Forever Tour,” which will see him perform sold-out shows in stadiums, arenas, and amphitheaters across North America, including two nights at Boston’s Fenway Park, New York’s Madison Square Garden, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and more. See the full list of upcoming tour dates below.
Following his breakout year, Noah has topped several recent GRAMMY predictions lists, including Rolling Stone, Billboard, Variety, LA Times, HITS Daily Double, Gold Derby, and more, with Rolling Stone proclaiming, “Kahan has all the makings of a Grammy darling.”
Last week on World Mental Health Day, Noah proudly shared that his mental health initiative The Busyhead Project has excitingly surpassed its initial goal of “$1 million for mental health” and generated over $1.9 million dollars to date—with the purpose of creating a world where mental healthcare is acceptable and accessible for everyone. Read Noah’s statement HERE, and read an op-ed he penned for TIME HERE.
Recently, Noah dropped the latest release in his collaboration series, “She Calls Me Back” featuring Kacey Musgraves—listen HERE. The track follows “Call Your Mom” feat. Lizzy McAlpine and “Dial Drunk” feat. Post Malone. Not to mention, he teamed up with Zach Bryan on his song “Sarah’s Place,” and Olivia Rodrigo covered the Platinum-Certified “Stick Season” during her performance in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge—watch HERE. Kahan has also recently collaborated with a slew of artists on-stage, including Mumford & Sons, Hozier, Gregory Alan Isakov, Wesley Schultz of The Lumineers, Nathaniel Rateliff of Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, The Milk Carton Kids, Joy Oladokun, and more.
In July, Noah released Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever), an extension of 2022’s Gold-Certified Stick Season and his most successful offering to date. The deluxe version featured “Dial Drunk,” which peaked at #1 on both the Alternative and AAA Radio Charts in the US. The album debuted at #3 on Billboard 200 Chart, #1 on Top Americana/Folk Albums Chart, #1 on Billboard Top Alternative Albums Chart, #1 on Billboard Top Rock Albums Chart, and more. Impressively, Noah became the 5th artist in history with 18 songs on Billboard Hot Rock & Alternative Charts in one week, alongside David Bowie and Taylor Swift.
Stay tuned for more to come from Noah Kahan this fall!
