ACCLAIMED NEW PROJECT THE LIFE OF PI’ERRE 5 OUT NOW
Amidst a sold-out tour, Pi’erre Bourne drops the music video for his latest single “HULU.” The song is available on the GRAMMY® Award-winning producer and rapper’s critically acclaimed new project, The Life of Pi’erre 5—available via SossHouse/Interscope Records.
Shot in New York and South Carolina, the documentary-style visual follows Pi’erre and his crew as they glide through the streets in a Rolls Royce. The video threads together the trip with vignettes of the culture-shifting force of nature turning up in the park, on a school bus, and beyond. It offers an intimate look at a day in his unbelievable life as he lyrically ponders his relationships with girls, God, and his grandma.
“HULU” remains a recent standout. The Guardian hailed his “breathy ad-libs and the velvetiness of ethereal cloud rap.” Thus far, it has also piled up 2.8 million-plus Spotify streams and counting.
Pi’erre is currently crisscrossing the country on “The Life Of Pi’erre 5 Tour,” performing to an entirely sold out set of shows coast-to-coast before wrapping up at the Lyrical Lemonade Festival in Chicago, IL yesterday, August 22. See full list of tour dates below.
