Sueños Festival Announces Set Times for 2025 Fest, Featuring Shakira, Peso Pluma & More

For the fourth straight year, Sueños Music Festival brings the best and brightest in Latin Music to Chicago’s lake shore. Today, El Festival Latino announces the set times for Sueños 2025, officially starting the countdown to this year’s fest, returning May 24-25th2025 at Grant Park, in the Heart of Downtown Chicago.

Each festival day promises electric performances from an array of Latin A-Listers, running the gamut of generations and styles. To close out Saturday, Sueños presents back-to-back performances from two icons: Peso Pluma, then Shakira. Shakira’s set will be the longest in Sueños history, with a two-hour runtime and tour production. The two generational stars finish a day filled with exciting artists of multiple genres, including Reggaeton legend Arcangel, dembow boss El Alfa, rising Mexican music star Oscar Maydon, Nicaraguan-American DJ Gordo, rising pop star Maria Becerra, and genre-bending Mexican rapper Nsqk, and any more. On Sunday, the legendary Don Omar ends the festival on a high note, preceded by heavy-hitters like reggaeton vet Wisin and Texas troubadours Grupo Frontera. Earlier in the day, fans can look forward to corridos tumbados star Tito Double P, Platinum-selling singer-songwriter JHAYCO, EDM DJ Deorro, Mexican rapper Bellakath, innovative riser Omar Courtz, and others. 

Limited single-day and 2-day passes for Sueños 2025, including “Buy Now, Pay Later” plans, are available at suenosmusicfestival.com.

Along with the performing artists, this year’s Sueños brings new and improved festival components, including an expanded grounds with a second stage and dance zone equipped for maximum perreo, more food vendors, bars, seating, and shade, and a bigger staff to cater to the festival’s enthusiastic crowd. Earlier this year, Sueños announced “La Plaza,” a festival area inspired by Latin American city centers, and dedicated to spotlighting music from the city’s vibrant Latin community. Set times for local acts performing at “La Plaza,” including headliners LeManzand Los K-Bros, two of Chicago’s finest regional Mexican groups, have also been revealed. This week, Sueños announced its lineup of food vendors, offering a diverse selection of local Chicago options, with a focus on the city’s Latin Cuisine. This year. Sueños created a new festival food area, Sabores De DoorDash, sponsored by DoorDash.

Located in the iconic Grant Park, offering spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline, Sueños (translation: dreams) was created to be an inclusive event with a mission to continue to celebrate and uplift Latin culture and the extraordinary music, people, food, and amazing energy that comes along with it. Now in its 4th year, Sueños is quickly becoming an institution in the Chicago community and a premier destination for Latin music fans from all around the world. In Fall 2024, Sueños producers C3 Presents and La Familia Presenta, secured a new 5-year deal with the City of Chicago and the Chicago Park District, which will allow the Sueños team to continue bringing music lovers together in one of the nation’s most vibrant cities.
