TIAGO PZK AND GRUPO FRONTERA TEAM UP FOR WISTFUL NORTEÑO TWIST ON, “MI CORAZÓN”

Groundbreaking Argentinian phenomenon Tiago PZK releases a sweeping new regional gem titled “Mi Corazón” – this time inviting powerhouse Mexican Music act, Grupo Frontera. “Mi Corazón” and its official music video are now available on all digital platforms.

On the passionate track, Tiago PZK is especially vulnerable – penning a lovelorn tale over a dreamy cumbia-inspired instrumental. Weaving between melancholic acoustic melodies and themes of unrequited love, “Mi Corazón” is yet another testimony of the Argentinian artist’s innate ability to shapeshift into any genre and never lose sight of his essence. “Mi Corazón” comes all together with a heart-wrenching performance by Tiago PZK andGrupo Frontera –  instantly becoming a hypnotic heartbreak anthem that promises to capture audiences worldwide. 

“Mi Corazón” arrives with the perfect visual companion, following the artists as they board a vacant train ride and embody what it feels like to truly walk away from a relationship that no longer exists. Shot through warm moody hues and a cinematic lens, “Mi Corazón” maintains a sleek minimal look while Tiago and Grupo Frontera croon: “Ay mi corazón / Siempre que peleamos te vas / Esta vez no pienso is detrás / Bebe, ya me cansé, ya no me quedan más lágrimas” (Oh my love / Whenever we fight you leave / This time I won’t chase after you / Baby, I’ve had enough, I have no more tears left). The video was directed by Martin Seipel and filmed in Miami, Florida.

Initially appearing earlier this year on Tiago’s latest blockbuster album ‘GOTTI A,’  “Mi Corazón” quickly amassed over 17 million views on YouTube and became an instant fan favorite. Though sharing the same namesake, this striking never-before-heard alternative version of “Mi Corazón” finds Tiago in a new and forward-thinking light – reimagining heartbreak through the mesmerizing sounds of Mexican Music – and who better to bring this vision to life than Grupo Frontera.

“Mi Corazón” arrives on the wind down of an exciting few weeks for Tiago – having delivered a groundbreaking performance at the famed Coca-Cola Flow Fest in Mexico City. The track follow’s October’s striking release with “Mi Cuarto” featuring Rels B. “Mi Cuarto” marked the first glimpse into Tiago’s upcoming ‘Gotti B’ production, and has since then accumulated over 2.2 million views on YouTube.
