The 23 year -old artist is known for his singing, songwriting and his rapping. The line to get into the Fillmore to see Toosii wrapped itself around the block. Majority of them were woman and they did range from young adults to teenagers but even parents showed! All were ecstatic to see the young artist perform many heart felt tracks such as “Reminiscing”, which was on Toosii’s album from 2020 titled “Platinum Heart”, “Another Love Song”, “Pain Problems” and many more memorable tracks!

What makes the fan base of Toosii so big in numbers are a lot of his songs we as listeners can relate to which is the experiences of love. Whether it’s dealing with it in a positive light or experiencing it in a way that is not genuine at all, the listeners can relate either way. Which brings me to one of the first songs he sung called “Love Is..” (2022). Which is a song that deals with heartbreak, wanting to give up on that person time after time but choosing to just stick beside them. Word for word the audience from the top of their lungs sang their heart out and Toosii do the same.

Throughout the concert Toosii was bringing up on stage many fans so he could further engage with them. From fans being chosen to sing his songs on stage with him to them dancing with him also, what a time it must’ve been for them. There was these three young ladies who had went up on stage to do Toosii’s TIK-TOK viral dance dealing with the song called ” Favorite Song ” and he decided to participate in TIK-TOK video with them. The song itself had been #1 on the Billboards and on Toosii’s newest album ” NAUJOUR” (2023). It was a great gesture by the artist to have done that for some fans. At one point the artist even walked through the top floor both singing and also picking people to come back down on stage with him!

The most memorable fan who had been on that stage that day was a woman who had written on a poster ” I BEAT CANCER TO BE HERE “. In all caps! So of course Toosii reads the poster an invites her to come up on stage and he tells everyone in the crowd to say they loved her on the count of three. And the crowd screamed it without hesitation! Now could you imagine that, how she must’ve felt to receive love like that from not only one of her favorite music artists but from hundreds of other people. TRULY AMAZING!

The final song sung by Toosii was called ” Favorite Song ” which was played two times. First it was played for a few seconds and Toosii had the audience singing it all by their selves and then he played it once more and sung it while the audience did also. The lights in the building were lowered and everyone had their flashes on their phones filling the room as they sang the final song of the night.

In all, the young artist known as Toosii showed his fans how remarkably talented he was but most importantly how caring he could be to his fans also. He engaged with his fans as much as he possibly could’ve and not all artists care too much to do such things nowadays which is sad to see but he did it.

An experience always to be remembered, never to be forgotten!
